ALL Stainless Knife can keep its beauty with Non-Slip checkered surface. Anti-microbaial Stainless Resist Handle is sanitary in structure and can be washed in dishwasher at high-pressure and high-temperature.
Among their plentiful product lines,1141-SR is regarded as Western type of Knives series,made in Sakai.Compared with European made,1141-SR has shown remarkable hardenability and toughness with thinner blade, sharpened by experienced craftmen, enjoying a great reputation among International users.
