I also purchase my postage labels for Royal Mail directly through eBay. All are 2nd Class standard delivery, unless otherwise stated or requested, so do not come with a tracking number.

However, when these are purchased, eBay automatically provides a number next to ‘tracking’ which has recently caused some confusion with buyers attempting to track their packages and this not working. This is because that number is in fact a reference number, not a tracking number so therefore cannot be used to track your item.

Apologies for any confusion caused by this.

If you do require tracked and signed for delivery, please let me know and I will send you an invoice with the extra postage costs for this.
