Pre-owned but in good condition. Cool Chia pet, but not sure who the character is, probably just a random cartoon face. It’s tongue is sticking out. States ‘Made in Mexico’ on the bottom. I would guess 70’s or possibly 80’s, as the style almost looks like a cabbage patch. Some very minor wear from use, but in great shape. I have shared photos to showcase condition.
