Appears to be in excellent used condition, but I am a web designer and am not capable of assessing anything other than doing a visual inspection. It is recommended to service your Brailler every 3-5 years, so it might be a good idea to do this after you receive this (just a thought/tip), this can be done through the Perkins School, just visit their website for details.
