Item is sold as-is. I just tested it and all is functioning as of today. Battery is NOT included and there is no warranty. The projector does work but it appears to have some dead pixels as seen in the photo. Zoom works smooth and all functionality appears to be working. If you want anything tested or any demo pictures/video please let me know.
