1982 Passenger Vehicle Identification Manual Vintage Law Enforcement 53rd Annual Edition manual in pre-owned but excellent condition. The year is printed on the spine and the handwritten name of the office "Madras" on the face. There is a stamp on the front with "Cal Jenkins Special Agent" on the front. See photos.
The copy does show rubbing and scuffs on the front but is a solid intact copy.
