The Simpsons Santa Homer Figure 2003 Vintage Chimney Christmas New In Box READ

Condition - New in box - This santa is new - BUT it is not currently working - I assume it is a dead battery - however, if there were batteries in it originally - it could have corrosion in the battery compartment. Often times this has be cleaned away and still operate. However, this is a collectors item and not everyone cares if it works or not - 
PLEASE NOTE - if you purchase this and remove it from the packaging  and it does not work and you wish to return it - you will NOT receive a full refund, but, instead a partial refund. This item will have lost its factory packaged value that collectors look for and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
