Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping on most products to the UK mainland only. There maybe a surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, if in doubt please contact us for prices. Arkwright's may deem some items unsuitable for shipping. This will be stated in the listing and will be for collection only unless the buyer wishes to organise their own courier.

We use as standard Royal Mail for most postal services, there maybe times when we need to substitute for another courier, we reserve the right to use couriers whom we deem suitable.

Customers may upgrade to a different service, we advertise at their cost.

Delivery time:

Delivery times for the standard Royal Mail service are normally 3-5 business days, some items may take a little longer.

If you wish to return an item or items to us, please do so within 30 days of receipt, as after this time we will not consider any returns.

Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item and the reason.

Items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re-sale, unless faulty.

There must be an accompanying letter requesting a refund, please note we can not offer exchanges.

In all cases, we will ask you to return the item via a tracked service, please make sure that the item is securely packaged.

Once we receive your item back, and after checking the item thoroughly we will refund the full purchase price.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility unless faulty or not as described.

We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items.

Once your refund has been processed, we will email you to let you know this has been finalised.

We will not accept the return of any used or soiled items.

The following items won't be eligible for a refund (unless faulty or not as described).

* Any liquid, lubrication or sealed items with broken seals or has signs of use.

* Items without tags and original packaging.

* Items that shows signs of been worn and/or with perfume, smoke or other strong odours.

* Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, knickers, lingerie, bodysuits, bodice, bras, breast pads or any other underwear garments are unable to be returned so bear this in mind before purchasing.

Arkwright's Curiosity Emporium is strictly mail order, collection is by appointment only.

The item in the photos is the item you will receive; we have described this item as we see it.

The item will remain the property of Arkwright's Curiosity Emporium until as such time the full payment has been completed.

Once full payment has been made, ownership of the item will become the responsibility of the buyer, Arkwright's will be responsible for securely packaging the item for shipping.

Arkwright's ship using a 3rd party company, as such Arkwright's will take the responsibility of obtaining and adding a tracking number to the buyer's eBay purchase account, Arkwright's will assist the buyer with tracking slow or missing items with in the UK. 

For overseas shipping Arkwright's only use the Global Shipping Service through eBay, at our discretion we may be able to offer an alternative service to the buyer, but the buyer would have to accept full liability.

When using the Global Shipping Service, Arkwright's responsibility for the item logistics ceases at the the UK Mailing centre, Lichfield.

As Arkwright's purchases from all over the UK we cannot guarantee that items come from a smoke or pet free environment.
