Almost any negative or neutral feedback a seller receives is not attributable to them but to the sender. We deliver daily to collection centre. For this reason I remind gentlemen who leave negative or neutral comments that it is prohibited by law to leave them, and I reserve the right to criminally prosecute them for defamation and pursue civil action for damages suffered, this is my right under Italian and European law.
