Shipping is $45.00 for USA only.  Canadian and International is an additional charge above USA shipping rate.

Packaging and shipping is done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

 

I never use stock photos. The item pictured is the item you'll receive, and it will be packed with care regardless of the shipping method.
