Description.

 

An eight - pointed star with the topmost point

displaced by an Imperial crown.

On this a laurel - wreath and within this

a strap inscribed

" Per mare per terram ".

In the centre the Globe.

Above the strap a scroll inscribed

" Gibraltar ".

Below the wreath the Fouled Anchor.

 

All in brass.

Size :           86mm.  x  73mm.

 

The Helmet - Plate

comes complete with fixing lugs to the rear.
