Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 5 working days of receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods. (Working days considered as Monday to Friday)
Payments:
We accept payment by PayPal, cash on collection and bank transfer. If you are local we are happy for you to come and pick the item up. We are always happy to help with any queries or problems. Our opening hours are 9:00 am to 4,30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend collections can be arranged prior to pick up. Please call us for more information and to arrange a date/time.

Postage and packaging rates mentioned are for UK mainland only. Items with free postage are stated accordingly.
Postage rates for Scottish highlands, Ireland / Northern Ireland / Scottish islands / Scilly isles / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight and PO Box are more than the rates mentioned on the advertisements. Customers in the above mentioned areas are requested to confirm the postage rates by calling or messaging us.
