This is a smaller, bright silver and gold tone metal buckle with a scroll and flourish design, tagged: Heavy Silver Plate On Jewelers Bronze, made by Crumrine Mfg., in the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.4 oz.
