The item was found in a box that had not been opened in about 30 years from the clean out of an estate in the 1980's.  The miniatures were wrapped in a paper towel that was marked Snow Babies (Early 1900's) which gives us a clue to the age of the items.

The figurine is 1.25" tall by 1" wide.

There is no manufacturers mark on the items, but the style and painting of the faces gives us a clue as to age.
