Lost
mail: If via tracking it appears that your package is lost or off
track, please contact us. We will file a lost package claim with
USPS. It will take 5 business days to resolve. If truly lost, which
happens very seldom we will re-ship at the end of 5 days.

some packages can get hung up in transit for weeks. They aren't
lost, but some trucks are parked and don't get unloaded for days.
