This original magazine insert took the form of a Four-Fold Brochure on heavier weight paper and mesures 11 x 32 when fully extended.  This brochure was secured into the magazine with an adhesive insert and the remnants of that are seen on the back page of the brochure.  I believe with enough patience you may be able to totally remove this, but that is not something I have these days.   I did not provide a picture of the completely opened ad as it was too long for my camera to properly capture in the space alotted.   The last picture is the bifold and it openes to the 4-fold.
