This is a solid brass buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, a part of the 1981 Texas Sterling Collection, by Koleaco, of Dallas, Texas. It is in pretty nice condition as shown in the photos it does have a darker patina, and some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-7/8" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.3 oz.
