Here are examples of N gauge briefcase layouts made over the years in  popular designs with variations for different customers.

These layouts come with manual points  lighted buildings and controller. The case size for these layouts is 76x50x31cm (except for the layout with a canal which fits a case 57x57x20cm). There is storage under the layout for your trains  (NOT INCLUDED).

Various scenic alternatives are shown here. You can choose the features you want. Build time for this layout is normally around 6-8 weeks from ordering.

If you would like a DIY pack to build your own briefcase layout, I can supply these from 500 pounds, depending on what you need me to supply. I include case and layout board with 3D structure and back scene. Track can be included or a list of Set Track components. I can also supply scenic packs. Ask for details.
