Hi, up for sale is my mk2 escort 1600 Sport (SA import NONE sunroof).

Super clean example and in original condition. 

The car has had a restoration at some point in its life but it looks to have been done to a great standard.

Since being in my ownership I have fitted the following:

-fuel pump

-engine mounts 

-bottom arms 

-brake rebuild

-all fluids

-starter motor

-springs

I bought this car locally to me approx 4 years ago, the guy I purchased it from had had it for 2 years but never got it uk registered and the guy he got it from was the person who imported it but he worked away so never registered it also.

I think the car has been in the uk approximately 7 years. (I have all paper work).

The car is now uk registered with an MOT.

It’s a 1981 model with 53,000km on the clock.

There are a couple of small blister marks on the paint, on part of the roof and drivers rear quarter but too small to pick up on camera.

Overall the car is in lovely condition with no rust. It gets a lot of good attention when taking it out but I just don’t use it so I would rather it go to somebody who can do more with it.

Looking at the prices of these I feel its a very fair price for the condition and i’m in no rush to sell so please no time wasters asking whats best price etc
