This seems to be a very durable cap with very nice workmanship.  It is modeled after a WW1 German aviator flight cap.  Size M.

I do not know the date of this cap, I was told this style was used by Germany through WW11 and continuously made as it is a sort after style used by bikers.  Please see photos.
