chest: 23" across, measured armpit to armpit, laying flat

length: 24" front, 28" back~ measured shoulder to bottom of hem

Please check the measurements to make sure these will fit you! The "tagged" size is not always the same as the "measured" size. I list both so you can ensure a proper fit. You may want to compare the measurements to some you already own.
