This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home/business address or post office box. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to residential areas, plus an additional 2 days for rural deliveries. For Sydney & Melbourne areas standard delivery is 2-4 business days.
Orders made within 2 days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods may take a little longer to arrive (up to an additional 5 business days).

Australia Post
We use Australia Post to deliver your order to you. Please visit the Australia Post website for the latest updates on any delays.
If you are having difficulty receiving your delivery, please write us a message as our customer service team may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Restrictions
We do not currently ship to AFPO addresses or Freight Forwarders.
Some items cannot be transported through our delivery provider due to State, Territory or National legislation. This includes (but is not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.

Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre on the following holidays:

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days if your order is placed on or around a public holiday.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be despatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Shipping Delays
If a product is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. In this case you'll have the option to request a refund for the affected items.
During our major sale periods you may experience delays in receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to have this to you in the time frames stated, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We'll notify you of any delays as soon as we become aware of them.

Damaged Item(s)
If an item arrives to you damaged, please write us a message.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
Please note that any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Kathmandu product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws. All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Kathmandu. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions. Please write us a message if you have any queries or require any assistance concerning this policy.

Change of Mind for Purchases Made from Kathmandu's eBay Store
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as 'seconds'.
For Change of Mind returns, goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

Returns Process
Simply fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating whether you would like to return the item (subject to stock availability) for another item (please provide details). Alternatively, you can write us a message and request a Product Returns form. Please fill out the appropriate sections of your packing slip or product returns form.
Please send your completed form and item(s) to our return address.
If you require any further assistance, please write us a message.
For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.
We'll provide any refund for a product purchased from Kathmandu's eBay store in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.
Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We'll notify you by email once we have processed your refund.

Change of mind returns and refunds terms and conditions:

1. For a change-of-mind return, we do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse and we will not refund the original delivery charges.
2. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
3. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer laws. The change of mind returns & refunds terms and conditions apply to change of mind returns only, not returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If there is a problem with your item, including faulty items, damaged items or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’ll sort you out, just send us a message.

We only accept payments through PayPal. Please note, you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order; VISA, Master Card and American Express payments can also be processed through PayPal.

We are not able to accept Kathmandu Store Credits, Gift Cards and/or eVouchers as a method of payment on eBay. If you have any further questions in regards to payments please write us a message.

At Kathmandu, we like to think that shopping online is an easy and convenient option for our customers. That's why we have put together the answers to the most frequently asked questions our customers have, so that you can continue to shop confidently with Kathmandu. I have previously seen and/or purchased an item at a lower price, can you honour this?
We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different seasons and product range changes, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time. We are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.

How much does delivery cost?

Can I pay for overnight or express deliveries?
Unfortunately not, at this current time we only have one freight option available.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend, cancel it or modify your shipping address.

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your door by Australia Post; this can be a residential or business address. To avoid unnecessary contact, they no longer require signatures for orders at the moment. The postie will ask for and record a name before confirming delivery on their handheld device. They'll then leave the item at the door. If no one is home the postie will check for a safe place to leave the item, and if a safe place can't be found, they'll take it to the Post Office for collection.

What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

How long will my order take?
For Sydney & Melbourne areas, standard delivery is 2-4 business days. The rest of Australia standard delivery is 5-7 business days, plus an additional 2 days for rural deliveries. Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service. If on the rare occasion your order does not arrive after 10 working days, please write us a message and we will be happy to track the order for you.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please write us a message to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.

I received the wrong product - what should I do?
Please write us a message and explain that you have received an incorrect item. Our team will work with you to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my online order for a refund?

How do I get the order back to you?
Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. For all returns that relate to a 'Change of Mind' postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.

Where do I send my return?
Please send your completed Product Returns form and item(s) to our return address.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind?
We'll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.

When will my return be processed?
Please allow 14 days for us to process your return once it has been received by us.


Summit Club

I am a Summit Club member; can I use my membership to shop with Kathmandu on eBay?
Unfortunately, Kathmandu's eBay store is separate from our Online Shop and Store network. As such, your Summit Club membership is not valid for orders from Kathmandu's eBay store.


Kathmandu eVouchers & Gift Cards

I have a Kathmandu Store Credit, Voucher or Gift Card ' can I use it to shop with Kathmandu on eBay? Kathmandu Store Credits, Gift Cards and eVouchers cannot be redeemed when shopping on Kathmandu's eBay store.

Pricing
All prices stated within our eBay store are in Australian dollars (A$) and include GST (if applicable). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Not all items or promotions are available through our eBay store. All offers and items are subject to availability at the advertised price.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. However, for various reasons, that product might still appear on our eBay store for a period of time after that withdrawal. We make no undertaking that a product shown on our eBay store will be available for purchase online at all stores or at a specific store.

For all clearance items online, the price may have been available for longer than the previous price.

Payment Processing
When an order is submitted the payment will be processed through PayPal. All items on your order will then be prepared for despatch to your nominated shipping address. If we cannot supply the items requested we will then process a refund to the value of the non-supplied items. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email address supplied on the initiating order.
The card issuer controls the timing of returned funds. Please contact your card issuer for details.
