Please note:
Since Brexit, difficulties and delays have been
experienced with postal services/customs in some European countries. I no
longer send items to Italy, Spain or Greece as items seem to get “Lost”!
I am using Royal Mail Online services for sending
most items. Hopefully this is more reliable as customs information is
entered electronically. The downside to this, sadly, is that there will
be no stamps on your envelope. Apologies for this, but the most important
thing for me is to get your items to you in the most efficient way possible.
If you do feel your item has taken longer than eBay
suggested delivery times (which are based on Royal Mail information, which is
not very accurate), please contact me first before opening a “case”. Thank you!
