I believe this was custom made, it is heavy duty and well made, for a Suzuki Grand Vitara Mk3 (my wife bought it but then we sold our car - an 06 plate - and never fitted it).

It has 4 fixing points but no screws. I think you need to drill holes and use self tapping screws to secure it in place.

Could do with a lick of paint but perfectly usable.
