The item is considered new as it has not been removed from the box and has never been opened however, due to the age and storage, the box does show some scuffing. That I tried to capture in the pictures. Feel free to ask for additional pictures if you’re not sure. The plastic has not yellowed.

The item has not been opened so I can only assume the condition of the doll inside is as new, and all items would be there.
