This is a vintage 1996 Star Trek Deep Space Nine Innerspace USS Defiant Mini Playset made by Playmates. The playset is part of the Innerspace series and includes a miniature version of the USS Defiant, Captain Sisko and  Commander Worf.

Small bend at bottom right corner. Otherwise in excellent condition. Comes from a smoke-free free collection
