Pocket size Gesangbuch German Evangelical Church Hymnal. Black leather cover with gilded edges. Hymnal is 5.25 inches long by 3.5 inches wide by .75 inch thick. Personalized on the cover and another name written in pencil on cover pages; otherwise no writing or markings. In generally good condition for its age, pages have some age related discoloration. Some other discolorations on pages- there were clovers pressed between the pages - two of the pressed four-leaf clovers remain. Has original ribbon place marker, but is no long attached. Also contains a ribbon from a Sheboygan German Church. The pages are all attached but the pages in the front of the hymnal are more exposed and susceptible to damage. Overall in good clean condition for its age. Please see photos.
