Vintage 1991 TMNT action figure features Michelangelo with a unique head droppin' action. This original piece is made of plastic, one-owner played with condition, and has minor paint wear on front turtle shell, as shown in photos. All the joints are easily moved and head popping action works great. The packaging of the action figure is not included, but the toy itself is complete.
