The Batwing, safe and SHAZAM are from set 76120, Batwing and the Riddle Heist. Those items are complete and have all of the pieces. The other Minifigures and vehicles from set 76120 are not included.

The Flash, Batmobile and Riddler Drag Racer are from set 76012, The Riddler Chase. The Batmobile is missing several parts, including the tire that goes over the gold rim. You can see the missing tire from the picture. There are other minor parts missing as well, but as you can see, the vehicle is mostly complete. The Riddler Drag Racer is missing the spoiler and maybe some other minor pieces. The Flash is the only Minifigure from this set that is included. Instruction booklets are included. 

Set 76010, The Pinguin Faceoff is complete(minus the minifigures) plus it comes with instructions and a mostly complete extra duck boat.

The motorcycle comes from set 76179 Batman & Selina Kyle Motorcycle Pursuit. The motorcycle is the only item that is included from set 76179.
