LISTINGS - All vintage records and CD's receive a careful cleaning, receive a visual inspection - and then play tested on one of our high quality equipment prior to listing as available. RRM does not list records/CD's that skip or jumped during our process.

SHIPPING  - Buyers within the US - Records, CD's/Tapes via USPS Media Mail. All other items shipped most economical.  All Items shipped next day after cleared payment. All items professionally packaged for shipment with 99% new materials - Combined shipping rates should re-calculate at checkout on similar type items. Additional media items add $1.19 each additional.  Thinking of an extra-large purchase within the US? Contact us for a deeper, combined order shipping discount. Buyers outside of the US - All items are handled by the eBay International Shipping Program. Questions regarding any international shipping issues including rates must be directed to eBay support. RETURN POLICY - Please contact us through eBay messaging PRIOR to filing for a return via the eBay automated online return process. Communication is key in resolving any issues that need addressed. All vintage records, CD's and audio tapes are play tested prior to listing. Records receive a play grade stated in the original listing.
