Really solid Alienware gaming laptop with an absolutely beautiful 4K Touchscreen display. This model still holds up well and I was using it for a lot of recent games and video and graphics editing right up until I replaced it last year.
Condition is used. Visually, a few marks to exterior as you'd expect: please see photos for exact condition. Performance wise it runs fine. (Though please note this is quite a heavy model and is generally best suited as a desktop replacement.) The battery needs replacing to be fully portable as it currently holds charge for approximately 10 minutes. The built-in speakers don't work, but the soundcard does so you can connect external speakers or headphones. The built-in microphone works fine as does the webcam, though sometimes Windows fails to recognise the camera for a moment. A couple of the keys are a bit sticky/unresponsive. (Several of these issues I imagine can be solved with a thorough internal clean.) Bluetooth, wireless and ethernet connectivity are all working.
The laptop has been formatted and has a clean install of Windows 10 with none of the Alienware utilities (or bloatware..). Please note this means I have not checked specific Alienware functionality like backlit keyboard themes. The laptop originally came with Windows 7 so it's possible some Alienware things may not work with this model/OS combination.
All in all a really decent gaming laptop that I'm kinda sad to say goodbye to.
