This is Limited Edition Buckle #191, a heavy, silver tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made in the U.S.A., by American Legends Foundry. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the pictures it does have some wear and tear from age or use. The buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 8 oz.
