We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one.
Can you believe that Christina Perri first hit the charts over 14 years ago in 2010 and since has scored multiple hits and has had songs from soundtracks that shine the spotlight on her. After her first hit 'Jar Of Hearts' was featured on the TV series 'So You Think You Can Dance' she has continued to put out excellent songs. 'A Thousand Years' was first featured as the love theme for the film 'The Twilight Saga:Breaking Dawn - Part 2' - included here on this karaoke instrumental track CD+G as a solo hit and as a duet with Steve Kazee . She has continued to impress us with her other songs such as 'Human' and 'Arms'. This disc also includes songs that are quite difficult to find too; check out the eighteen listed below.
