The pattern is in the style of Louis XV, also known as Laurier, Rocaille, Rococo, Rokoko, that was made in many variations over 200 years in many countries.
Condition: Overall excellent. The stainless steel blades appear unused but are probably replacements for the original blades.
Swedish stainless steel blades were often imported to Russia to modernize knives that originally had non-stainless blades. When the blades were replaced three of them were not fitted closely to the bolsters. This is most noticeable on one knife, see image showing a wider space between blade and bolster. The knives are however usable for dining as the blades are solidly fitted.
