This is a rare royal blue coffee cup with floredils' made by Royal Staffordshire by Glarice Gliff and has been approved by the Council of industrial design and made in England. It stands about 4" tall and about 3 1/4" in diameter . It is a beautiful piece and would compliment any collection.
