Up for sale is a rare pair of 1914 ceramic license plates from The Keystone State Pennsylvania. These plates were manufactured by Brilliance Mfg Co and are a great addition to any license plate collection. The plates are in great shape with minor signs of wear, consistent with their age. The black base is still rich and vibrant and the white lettering is clear and easy to read.
