This is full genuine leather bound in new and sealed condition, never opened or read.  The plastic wrap is old pvc which scratches easily and that is why it shows the white patches on it.

This is the rare edition with silver gilding on both covers and gold gilding on the spine from1973, a leather bound publication from the time Easton Press together with Franklin Library was at the forefront of leather productions. This is old Easton quality, so expect the best.  Also, the 2 novels are printed back to back, making the book have 2 front covers.
