It is a gold tone metal buckle, made by RJ Buckles in the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the pictures it does have some tarnishing / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 1-7/8" x 2-3/4", it fits up to a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 2.4 oz.
