Shipping and Handling Terms:
Customer may pick up all items for free at our Chandler, AZ warehouse if indicated during the sale. Otherwise, customer is responsible for shipping costs via UPS or similar methods. Standard shipping is only available to the continental U.S.
Please contact us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International prior to bidding. Please contact us if you wish to use your UPS shipping account and label.
Return & Exchange:
No returns are allowed unless defects are reported with the item. We do not allow returns for incompatibility, "changed my mind", or misunderstanding caused by unclear description. In the event of a defect the customer is responsible for return shipping and an evaluation fee of 10% of the final sale's price. If the item is determined to be working and free of defects the item will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's cost without any refund. If the item is unrepairable, we will provide a refund within 15 business-days. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipping.
