If you are an Adam Hughes fan, and who isn't, you need to have this first published work by Adam, and it was personally signed by him at the Baltimore Comic Convention.  While there are other copies of this issue listed on eBay, this is the only one where the book was signed by him. The book itself seems to be in FN condition with some wear around the edges and stress tics at the spine, but in excellent shape.  But look at the scans as I am not a professional dealer or grader.  What you see is what you get.  I have shown the cover, the illustration and the signature in the scans.
