In connection with the sale of batteries and accumulators, we as dealers are obliged in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG) to point out the following to you as a consumer:

a) As an end user, you are legally obliged to take batteries and accumulators to the appropriate recycling/return points.
The disposal law applies to all types of batteries, regardless of shape, size, mass, material composition or use. It also applies to batteries built into or included with other products.
Products marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin may not be disposed of with household waste.

b) You can return them free of charge to our sales outlets after use.

c) Batteries that require disposal are marked with the above-mentioned symbol, consisting of a crossed-out garbage can and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as containing pollutants.
