Matching date codes, matching scores at 105% these made in the USA tubes are the best of their kind. Don't balk at the "unknown" name Lafayette... they were actually a big player once in the tube radio market and had select tubes branded with their own name as many other outfits did such as Fisher and Hammond. These are wondrous relics and in Perfect condition.
The "smoked glass" is actually a coating that was meant to (and actually did) reduce secondary emissions. It just became too expensive to sell at a premium price. These are Yours for a song!
