Never Used and stored away the last 20 years.  Comes with screws and warranty card info.  No cable is included tho.  I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work but i have never had it hooked up.  Is pretty much brand new.  

I will ship well packaged and ebay website will determine the cost of shipping based on location.
