New (2022 print) Sealed, but as you can see the book’s dust jacket has some shelf wear on ends/corners. Front Bottom Corner dust jacket/book .. rubbed up. The plastic has ripped in a couple of areas.

It’s still a great book in excellent condition, but just not in Mint or NM condition if that’s what you’re looking for.
