1958-59 Used corvette speedometer cluster

It's original.

I kept it for my own kustom use.

However, I gave up because I had to restore it once and it would take time and money.

I took it apart once and checked the condition.

The speedometer and tachometer mechanics are alive.The grease on the rotating shaft is hardened, so if you warm it up a little, it will rotate lightly.

The electric meter has not yet been checked, and the hydraulic gauge sent air to confirm its operation.

There is only one intentional hole in the speedometer case.

Each chrome-plated meter rim has a lot of spots.

There is rust and deterioration of paint.The paint on the cluster is cracked due to deterioration, but it's only on the surface, so there are no cracks in the metal material, but there is a little damage in the leftmost switch hole.

It is currently on sale, so various modifications are needed, but how about a restore base?

It's in a temporary state now.
