This is an official KLD-004 part that is used in the disc drive of the Sony PlayStation®4 Slim model. It holds a DC motor that rotates the rubber band found in the drive. In case you lose / have lost one or both of the screws that mount the DC motor to the casing, there are two mounting screws included.
