In the 1998 TY lot there is 10 of the 12 set. Missing # 3 and 4.

1999 is a complete set. All 12/12 are included.

1999 Bear Set all New In Package/Clam-Shell inc. Glory, Britannia, Maple and Erin. Of course all the "errors" are present such as 1993 Tags...

Besides the TY sealed packages, there is a complete set of Winnie The Pooh from 1999 Happy Meals - all 8 soft toys. These are not TY.
