When a litter of Dalmatian puppies is abducted by the minions of Cruella De Vil, the owners must find them before she uses them for a diabolical fashion statement. The story revolves around Pongo and Perdita, two Dalmatians who have a litter of 15 puppies. Cruella De Vil takes a fancy to the pups and wants to get hold of them, along with more pups, to make herself a lovely Dalmatian skin coat. She hires some thugs to kidnap the puppies and holds them at her mansion. Pongo and Perdita enlist the help of local dogs in London to find and rescue their stolen puppies.
