This is a lot of two books (Vol. 1 and Vol. 2) from Suzanne Woods Fisher's "The Deacon's Family" series. Both books are in very good condition with no creases or writing. Book #2 has one minor irregularity. There are some speckled dots on the outer edge of the closed book. It is not foxing and I tried multiple times to wipe it away. The tiny speckles are there to stay. I tried to capture them in the picture. The speckles do not affect the opened page in any way. These are two very nice books.
