Heavy wear to cardboard packaging with gentle wear on plastic housing. Bought new around 2014 whilst travelling abroad and used briefly in my retro video game setup to connect my RGB equipped consoles to my U.S. (YPbPr Only) Trinitron. Recently modified said TV to accept RGB directly so it is no longer needed. Works perfectly.

Please note that this device is strictly a signal converter and does no upscaling so most HD displays designed for 480i content may not display a picture. A CRT TV with component input is recommended.
